The only part of us that is always in the present moment...

Our minds can time travel. We can be upset about something in the past, and we can be worried about something in the future. The part of us that is ALWAYS in the present moment is our body. If we are finding ourselves 'not being where our feet are' we can bring ourselves to the present moment by focusing on our body. Focus on our breath, notice what the dirt feels like underneath our feet, or even tense our fists and slowly release them.... anything that grounds us to our body will help our mind be more connected to the present moment.
