Cuando nuestra mente se va al pasado o al futuro, nos roba la oportunidad de dominar la proxima jugada. Hablaremos de los tres pasos de entrar en reenfoque y del enbudo defensivo para asegurarnos que la mente esta en el momento y preparado para el lanzamiento, betear, o la defensa. Si nos damos la oportunidad de anadir estas herramientas, entonces podemos no solo crecer nuestra confianza pero tambien la confianza de los que deciden cuando tienes la oportunidad de jugar. When our mind wanders to the past or future, it robs us of the opportunity to master the next play. We'll talk about the three steps of getting into refocus and the defensive funnel to make sure the mind is in the moment and ready to shoot, scrimmage, or defend.
